Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Compounds are lyophilized, sealed, and packed with desiccant for stability in transit, with the lot number and COA reference on every label.

Rates & delivery

Standard shipping is free on all orders (2–4 business days after dispatch to most US addresses). Expedited shipping is available at checkout. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Storage on arrival

Inspect the seal on arrival, log your lot number, and store lyophilized material at −20°C. See each product page for storage and handling guidance.

Domestic only

We currently ship within the United States only. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring receipt is lawful at the delivery address.
